Worst experience EVER at a car wash. Purchased $20 wash. Went thru the blow dryers and heard loud noise and watched my side mirror get hit with an object, shatter, and fall out of enclosure and blow into my door u til I made it thru enough to drive out. Immediately pulled over and notified attendant. Explained my car was new and o my have had it for two wks. After I say that, he tries to convince me to blame the damage on the car lot because owner will just deny my claim!!?? This vehicle entered the wash with zero issues and left it looking like below pics. The attendant refused to give me corporate or owner contact info, refused to let me view the video of it being damaged. Called me 2 days later and told me owner denied the claim but then refused to give me contact info again. Worst company and customer service. I have spent more at this wash over the years than the repair would’ve cost if owner did the right thing. A shame we have such greedy crooks running businesses.

Stopped in after returning from a trip. Needed to get the bugs off my windshield and vacuum the interior. Bought a $20 wash. Usually at an in and out there are attendants to pretreat the dirtier parts like the windshield. He was there, but he did not presoak or pretreat anything, so I exited the wash with just as many bugs and dirt as I entered with. Then I drove around to vacuum and they were off. I asked the attendant if I could vacuum and he said no, he had shut them off for the day because it was sprinkling out. Didn't offer any compensation. $20 for a rinse is robbery. Do not recommend

The carwash was nice, aside from it knocking off my brake light. This was July 3rd. The guy working was named Neil I think. He was super sweet. I noticed my brake light was knocked off and he filed a claim. I was told not to replace it myself or it wouldn't be covered. My vehicle quit running while I was vacuuming and he called someone because I left my phone at home by accident and gave me and my kids a ride home. Today is August 26th. And I've called several times and even stopped by 2 times. They tell me someone will call tomorrow or that they are still working on it each time. I am fairly certain my battery needed replaced due to the car wash and I'm still waiting for my brake light to be replaced. The guy wasn't sure if they were covering the cost of the installation either. But here it has almost been 3 months and I haven't been pulled over yet. I paid over $900 for repairs excluding the brake light that is missing from the back of my SUV. I've been patient and understanding this far. Randy the owner was supposed to call me 2 days ago and at this point I'm extremely disappointed. So essentially, I paid a little over a thousand dollars to have my vehicle washed. I wouldn't sug

Dumped hydraulic fluid all over my van with a broken car wash and I told the manager about it and he said there was just a leaky valve in the system and it was only water 45 minutes later I came back because there's oil all over my vehicle. Second time this has happened at this location got to say I'm extremely disappointed in this organization the way they handled me and the entire issue. The manager offered a free car wash haha. I asked for a simple Free month which is a $30 request and he said he could not do that but that he could maybe give me a detail on the inside of my car well last time he offered me the same thing and they did a lousy job of detailing it to I'm not one to complain but this place is a disaster not only that it's messed up my day my car and I will be seeking corporate assistance.
